COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION
BOTTLE, APPLICATOR, 473.12 cc (16 OUNCE) CAPACITY,
SPRAYER NOZZLE
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this commercial item description.
This description covers bottle, applicator, reusable, 473.12 cc (16 ounce) capacity, with removable plastic trigger cap, adjustable sprayer nozzle, and flexible plastic tube.
1. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS:
1.1 The tube shall be attached to the inside of the cap and shall extend to the bottom of the bottle when the cap is screwed in place.
1.2 The bottle shall be made of high density polyethylene or polypropylene and shall have a commercial neck Size to mate with the cap and allow interchangeability. The bottle shall have a capacity of 473.12 cc (16 OZ), with a tolerance of +/- 5%.
1.3 Each bottle shall be marked with cc as well as oz up to at least 354.84 cc (12 OZ). Graduation rings and printed markings shall be clearly legible and permanent.
1.4 Each bottle and spray assembly shall be supplied as a completely assembled unit.
